Dr. Malek Esrawi has provided nothing short of an amazing dental experience. I’m roughly 1/3 done with a major restorative full mouth reconstruction including porcelain crowns, a few root canals and implants. I’ve been to many dentists and this man has restored my confidence and trust in dental care. He has all the equipment to scan and print crowns in house and they look / feel great. Dental assistants are on the ball right along side of the dr and office staff has communicated and been very helpful accommodating my work schedule. 5 stars all around!

I have been a patient of Dr Esrawi and this practice for almost 20 years. Dr Esrawi is exceptional...understands needs and concerns, personable, professional, and a perfectionist at his work. I have full mouth implants, recently updated to new technology and have never regretted that decision. Any minor issues have been corrected promptly. The staff also reflects the friendliness, care, concern, and overall exceptional practice. Highly recommend.

Advanced Dental has very nice crew that work to provide the best service for their customers. The front desk is very helpful and friendly and hygienist was great, I had been to a lot of dentist and hygienist and I think Advanced dental is one of the best.

The staff is always pleasant and the follow ups after procedures are wonderful. You have the feeling that the entire staff really care about your needs and your time. As like most people the dentists office isn’t my favorite place to go but the folks at Advanced Cosmetic Dentristy do their best to keep everyone as relaxed as possible. Deb is a great hygienist, and Dr. Esrawi is tops in his field and I think truly wants everyone to have a perfect smile. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone.

I have been to 7 ot 8 dentists on the Cape. I swear, one of them used to frame houses! Dr. Es is THE MAN where I am concerned, and have been a ppt for at least 6 yrs. AND the DT who did my cleaning the other day was careful, gentle, and did an excellent job!

I may have been one of the first to find this wonderful cosmetic dentist. I have enjoyed the expertise and professionalism of this practice and Dr. Esrawi along with Deb his hygenist. I can not image going any where else.

My dentist is great. He is actually fun at times. However, he is an expert, performs precisely, but most of all I have felt safe that the process was well done. I have going to him to for 2 years and my implants and cosmetic procedures are now complete and I do smile more openly now!

I had a new cap for my front tooth installed to match the other one. A masterful job and you would never know that they were both replacements. Dr. Eswari was professional, efficient and personal in performing his services. Kelsey, his assistant, was also professional. I highly recommend anyone to make an appointment and see for yourself.

I grew up in an Alcoholic Family....and my Brother and I soothed Ourselves with Sweets.....He has NOT HAD THE WONDERFUL HELP that I have had.... and he has False Teeth.
